ReJuv Anti-Aging Skin Cream is one of the hottest new beauty products on the market today. Consumers who have used this advanced skin care product have reported immediate, noticeable results. The ReJuv anti-aging system includes three components, each of which has a different function: the day cream, the night cream, and the immediate results cream.

Any ReJuv Anti-Aging Skin Cream review has to start with the very impressive day cream which uses advanced SPF technology to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. With SPF 35, this unique product cuts out more UV rays than many of the sunscreens you can commonly buy in the store.

At the same time, however, the day cream promotes the health benefits of receiving light which provides essential vitamins to your skin. The ReJuv Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream also contains mango butter and zinc oxide, two natural ingredients that have been proven to promote collagen growth that naturally tightens and tones the skin.

<img src="http://www.savvytracker.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/Screen-shot-2009-11-27-at-3.19.53-PM1.png" alt=Click here to order" title="Screen-shot-2009-11-27-at-3.19.53-PM" width="269" height="93" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-56" />

At night, you apply the ReJuv Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while you sleep. The night cream has a compound known as peptides that naturally stimulates the growth of collagen and also help to stop muscle contractions that cause wrinkles. It’s like a natural Botox injection without the painful needles.

If you can’t wait for the effects of the day and night creams to show, ReJuv Anti-Aging Skin Cream also includes their Immediate Results Anti-Wrinkle Cream. You apply the Immediate Results cream around problems areas like deep wrinkles and frown lines.

The cream contains pigments that reflect light, helping to immediately reduce the look of wrinkles. Behind the scenes, the powerful co-enzyme Q-10 works at the source of your wrinkles. The Immediate Results cream is silicon-based, so that you can easily apply makesup over it.

This ReJuv Anti-Aging Skin Cream review would be remiss if we did not mention what is perhaps most impressive about this product line. ReJuv conducted a scientific study of customers who used their products for a 30 day period and the results are eye opening:

An amazing 91% of users saw a reduction in the look of fine lines on their face.

90% saw a similar reduction in the look of wrinkles

87% of users noticed even skin tone

86% saw firmer, tighter skin.

These solid, proven results are exciting people throughout the beauty world. With elements that work day, night, and immediately, the ReJuv line works to improve your appearance around the clock, 7 days a week.

Rejuv offers a risk-free trial so you can experience these powerful results for yourself. To join the other happy, younger looking ReJuv customers, simply click on the button below.

An increasing amount of research on weight loss suggests that when you eat may be just as important as what you eat and could even be as effective as weight loss pills. Researchers at Northwestern University recently tested whether the timing of meals could impact your weight and the findings are surprising.

If you have got to this point, first of all, will be very important to take care of your health, and the better solution will be start getting InsureLane’s free health insurance quotes online quickly and easily.

In the Northwestern study, two groups of mice were given identical diets, but half were fed when they normally would be sleeping. The other half fed during their regular eating schedule.

After six weeks, both groups of mice had consumed the same number of calories and had the same amount of exercise. However, the mice that were fed when they usually would have been sleeping increased their body weight by a staggering 48 percent. Normally fed mice only increased their body weight by 20 percent.

The study’s authors say that similar tests are needed on humans to confirm the findings, but the early evidence points to late night eating as being a prime culprit in weight gain. Shift workers who regularly eat large meals at night are particularly prone to obesity and this research suggests why that may be so.

Even many of those who don’t work at night still consume many of not most of their calories in the evenings. Study author Fred Turek suggests that humans evolved from a situation where they ate during sunlight hours. ONce the sun went down there was no way of storing food and thus no more calories after sunset.

So if you are trying to lose weight, it might be a good idea to emulate the caveman and limit your night time feedings.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the use of CSL Limited’s 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine to include children ages 6 months and older. This vaccine was previously approved only for use in adults, ages 18 years and older.

“Because children are among those most vulnerable to the 2009 H1N1 virus, having a broader range of children’s vaccines available is an important step in responding to the H1N1 outbreak,” said Margaret A. Hamburg, M.D., commissioner of food and drugs.

The company’s 2009 H1N1 vaccine is manufactured and tested using the same well-established licensing processes that have been in place for many years for the company’s seasonal flu vaccine. The expanded approval also covers the company’s seasonal flu vaccine.

The approval was based on a study of the company’s seasonal flu vaccine in children showing the vaccine’s safety and efficacy in inducing antibodies to protect against influenza. These efficacy findings supported approval under FDA’s accelerated approval regulation, which helps safe and effective medical products for serious or life-threatening diseases to become available sooner to the public.

Common adverse events experienced by children after administration of seasonal and H1N1 vaccines typically include pain, redness and swelling at the injection site as well as, in some cases, irritability, loss of appetite and drowsiness.

As with any medical product, unexpected or rare serious adverse events may occur. FDA is collaborating with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other government agencies to enhance the capacity for adverse event safety monitoring during and after the 2009 H1N1 vaccination program.

Because CSL’s seasonal and H1N1 monovalent vaccines contain a small amount of egg protein, they should not be administered to anyone allergic to eggs or egg products.

The vaccines will be available in single-dose, preservative-free, pre-filled syringes and in multi-dose vials that contain thimerosal, a mercury derivative, as a preservative.

Both vaccines are manufactured by CSL Ltd. of Australia.

As the economy crisis continues, many individuals may feel more stress and anxiety during the upcoming holidays.

“The holidays can be a wonderful time for many people, but they can also bring about pressure, stress and anxiety,” said Dena Cabrera, PsyD, staff psychologist at Remuda Ranch Programs for Eating and Anxiety Disorders. “Many news outlets have reported the recession is over, but people across the country may not be feeling the reprieve. They hear one thing, but their bank account says something different.”

Because many people are struggling with lay offs and financial loss, they may have trouble enjoying pleasurable activities, particularly during the holidays. This can bring about lots of stress, and for some, anxiety.

“When stress is poorly managed, it can interfere with functioning,” adds Cabrera. “Excess stress can manifest itself in a variety of emotional, behavioral and physical symptoms.”

People with stress can experience sleep disturbances, headaches, muscle tension, stomach problems and fatigue. Additionally, people who experience anxiety can experience excessive worrying, to the point where it interferes with daily life. They may also engage in unhealthy behaviors such as substance abuse, overeating and mood changes.

Cabrera offers the following tips to help enjoy the holidays:

Stay balanced. As we become busy with holiday tasks, activities and demands, we can lose ourselves. Sleep, eating and exercise can become compromised. Stay consistent and don’t neglect healthy living.

Set realistic expectations. Holiday excitement also brings demands. Between shopping, baking, feasting, crafting, parties and entertaining, it can get quite overwhelming. By setting realistic expectations, we don’t set ourselves up to become stressed because we overextended ourselves.

Prepare ahead. Time goes fast. Make a list and check it twice. Don’t wait until the last minute, this only creates more stress

Find meaning in the season. The holidays can be difficult and challenging for many people. Many emotions can come into play. For those who struggle with the holidays, they should reach out for support and recreate meaning in the holiday season that’s comfortable for them. Prepare to take care of yourself emotionally and physically.

Learn how to deal with stress. Learn to talk to yourself with positive thoughts such as, “It’s temporary, I’ve been through things like this before, etc.”

Seek help when things are stressful. Just talking about it with someone you trust helps.

Most cheeses are loaded with fat and calories. But did you know that by simply grating cheese you can make your diet healthier?

That news comes via Britain’s Food Standards Agency which is urging consumers to grate cheese as a way to reduce the amount of fat you eat. Studies have found that people tend to use less cheese in a meal if they have grated it.

The key to improving diet, say nutrition experts, is to cut down on the foods that are bad for you, rather than cutting them out entirely. Small changes to your diet, like switching from whole milk to 1% can make a big impact on your intake of saturated fat, which increases cholesterol levels in the blood and raises the risk of heart disease.

So next time you’re hankering a big hunk of cheese, trying grating it, or use less of a more flavorful cheese instead. You’ll still satisfy your craving and your heart will thank you.

The steady drumbeat of bleak economic news is testing everyone’s anxiety levels. Financial worries are one of the leading causes of stress with 16 million Americans treated for depression during their lifetime, according to the National Institutes of Health. When you’re stressed, most people fall into some bad habits that can lead to more bad things, like weight gain and arguments with your spouse.

Here are the five areas where you may be feeling anxiety and some tips from WeSeed.com on how to reduce the stress:

The Home front – Your spouse may have lost his/her job or may be worried that you might. Convene a special Crisis Meeting to create a contingency plan for the ‘what-if’. Maybe you need to rent out a room? Cut back on expenses or raise insurance deductibles? Come up with specific actions and who’s going to do what. Also, be sure you continue to demonstrate your love and appreciation to loved ones without spending money (simple notes, a candlelight dinner with a toast to them, a CD of their favorite songs). Avoid adding to the aggravation with your own issues that are not really that important. Stay focused on what matters to keep the home free of stress.

The Kid front – The kids might not be used to changes you’re making or you may be facing decisions around their college. First, involve the kids. Use this as an opportunity to prepare them for the real world and set an example of how to take charge of your money. With college, recruit the grandparents. Chances are, most will be in a better position than parents to contribute to school and, at the same time, they can reduce their taxable estate and see their contribution be used for a meaningful purpose. Grandparents: some of you are among the lucky few who have pensions but, despite a steady and healthy income, are reigning back. Now is the time to help your adult children and grandchildren.

The Job front – Many worry about their jobs; Take charge of your job. Now is not the time to hide, but to showcase yourself. Demonstrate your value to the company’s bottom line and if you’re not in a position that creates or saves money, offer to take on a job (even if it’s extra duties) of a position that does. Most importantly, position yourself for the next big thing. If you’re a banker, move into workouts. If you’re in manufacturing, become the ‘savings chief’ or move where the jobs are. One ex-executive is going through training with gang kids in L.A. to learn about solar panels and he’ll start a business hiring his ‘classmates’

The Money front – Studies show that never has there been a 20 year period in history when you would’ve lost money, though that may change. Selling now guarantees you lock in losses. 1. Use this as an opportunity to build a proper portfolio if you haven’t. Did you have 90% of your portfolio in stocks? 2. Review the funds you hold and use this to fully understand yourself, what you own rather than counting on an ‘expert’ ? you’ll build confidence and feel better. Bonds offer more security but buying individual bonds locks you in for 20 years (can get 4% triple tax-free equivalent to about 6% taxable). 3. As for 401(k), if it’s your only savings, consider a balanced approach: part stocks, part bonds. Review what you have with your spouse, make decisions for your own time horizon and you’ll sleep better at night.

The Body front – More people are turning to comfort food to, well, comfort all this anxiety. Don’t let it get to you – more weight gain means even more stress. Instead, commit to a daily exercise for at least 30 minutes. If you’re likely to ignore it at the end of the day, do it at the beginning and feel great knowing you started the day off right. Make one day a walk with a friend or spouse. And reduce the number of meals out – you’ll spend less and eat better. For tasty but low-cal treat, get diet Swiss chocolate (25 calories a pack, the lowest out there) and combine it with a half a chocolate bar or a frozen low-cal ice cream dessert at 100 calories.

Don’t let the recession get you down. While these tips may not solve all your problems, by at least taking some action you’ll start feeling better about yourself and the future.

A new study shows that losing weight can boost testosterone levels in men and improve their sex lives. Need any more motivation to shed those extra pounds?

Severe obesity has been linked to lower sperm counts and infertility in guys. This new study, conducted at the University of Utah, now shows that obesity is also biologically linked to an unsatisfying sex life.

The study followed 64 severely obese men in their late 40s. Some men in the study had gastric bypass surgery to lose weight, while others used diet to reduce the pounds.

No matter how they did it, the men who lost weight registered increases in total and free testosterone levels, and reductions in the estrogen hormone estradiol.

The researchers also quizzed the participants on the quality of their sex lives before the weight loss and after. The men consistently reported better sex lives and better sexual performance two years after the weight loss.

“We know that weight loss, no matter how it is achieved, improves overall health,” says study researcher Ahmad Hammoud, MD, of the University of Utah. “Now we see a direct relationship between weight loss, testosterone levels, and sexual performance.”

So now you have yet another incentive to lose that weight: a better sex life!

Get ready guys – we’re one step closer to getting a male contraceptive pill. Researchers have pinpointed a faulty gene that impacts sperm movement so that the little fellas can’t penetrate an egg and fertilize it.

The scientists from the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences in Tehran, Iran, were looking for gene defects related to deafness, but came across the sperm gene – called CATSPER 1 – instead.

Experts speculate that a drug could be developed to stick to the CATSPER1 protein to prevent it from working properly. A man taking this drug would produce abnormal sperm that could not fertilize an egg. The trick with such a drug is to make it not only safe and effective, but also reversible.
